Description

Specific machine for placing crosspieces into simple Curb (Groumet) and Padlock chains. 

Frame is made of nomalized cast iron and the other components are made of cemented, hardened and/or rectified steel. It has an automatic and forced lubrication system on the main wear points. Tool changes are simplified by standardization and retification of tool fittings. Tools can be made of hard metal or hardened steel.

It is provided with sereval devices for automatic stop in case of defective chains.

Speed varies by means of a frequency inverter. It is provide with Electro-electronic command in 220V(monophase) and 380V (three-phase) with safety system for automatic stop in case of irregularity in the link manufacture.
