Description

Specific machine for the manufacture of metal chains such as Curb (Groumet) Chains, and Alternated Padlock. It can be used for the manufacuring of Regular Curb (Groumet) chains or Single Padlocks "only small links or only long links". 

Frame is made of nomalized cast iron and the other components are made of cemented, hardened and/or rectified steel. It has an automatic and forced lubrication system on the wear points. Tool changes are simplified by standardization and retification of tool fittings. Tools can be made of hard metal or hardened steel.

Alternations can be made in the following options: 1x1, 2x1, 3x1 5x1, 11x1, 2x2, 4x2, 3x3, 6x3, 9x3, etc. or irregular sequences such as: 3x1x1x1, 9x1x1x1.

Speed varies by means of a frequency inverter. It is provide with Electro-electronic command in 220V(monophase) and 380V (three-phase) with safety system for automatic stop in case of irregularity in the link manufacture.
